Rediscovering life in its most elemental state. Paying attention to small worlds, planting, letting them grow. Growing with them.
Perceiving not only the elegant impact of the flower, but also finding the beauty contained within leaves, veins, and stems.
There are cultivated plants and others that grew spontaneously, like weeds—the ultimate expression of defiance and persistence.
To pass by plants that hurt and prick, those that scent the air, those that beautify, those that say nothing, those with botanical names, and the nameless ones.
To understand that world marked by light, to recognize and be grateful for what is given—the most basic things.
